BD Ludo Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Using Our Platform

BD Ludo (bdludo.net) is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between BD Ludo and every user of the platform.

BD Ludo reserves the right to verify the details of any account. Large withdrawals may be held pending verification. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require submission of a national ID card or passport.

There are certain rules to follow when depositing and withdrawing funds from your BD Ludo wallet. These rules exist to protect every user.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (bKash/Nagad); minimum withdrawal: ৳300 (via MFS).
• Transactions may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Payments sent from third-party numbers may be held up during the verification process.
• If a deposit is not credited to your wallet within BD Ludo's specified timeframe, please contact support with your transaction ID.

If funds are credited to your wallet by mistake due to a technical error, BD Ludo reserves the right to reclaim them. Using such funds may result in action being taken against your account.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

• To qualify for the Refer-a-Friend bonus, the referred person must make a genuine deposit and place real bets.

There are a few core rules that apply equally to all users when betting on BD Ludo. These rules are in place to ensure fairness and prevent fraud.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so make sure to double-check everything before placing your bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BD Ludo reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.
• Placing bets using recorded scores or match data after a game has already started is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbitrage") may result in the cancellation of the bets involved.
• If match-fixing or result manipulation is found to have occurred in any match or event, BD Ludo reserves the right to void all bets on that event.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way: If a cricket match is halted due to rain, bad light, or any other reason before completing the scheduled overs, BD Ludo settles bets according to the following rules:

• If a match never starts — all bets are void and stakes are refunded.
• If a match has started but 50% or fewer of the scheduled overs have been completed, BD Ludo will make a ruling at its discretion — and may void the bet if necessary.
• If a match is 50% or more complete — settlement follows the umpire's or organizer's decision.
• For reduced-over matches (e.g., DL method) — bets are settled according to the official result.

BD Ludo is committed to providing a fair environment for all users. Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or is disrespectful toward other users is strictly prohibited.

• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false identities is strictly prohibited.
• Threatening, deceiving, or attempting to mislead other users is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in BD Ludo's systems may result in legal action.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through dishonest means will result in permanent account closure.

BD Ludo takes the privacy of your personal information seriously. Any data collected during registration is used solely for service operations and security purposes.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Your information is never shared without a lawful request from an authorized law enforcement agency.

• A clear breach of the Terms & Conditions.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Use of bots or automation.
• Behaviour indicative of money laundering.
• Evidence of registration by a user under the age of 18.

To close your account, submit a request to support. Please withdraw any funds from your wallet before closure. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded — bonus funds will not.

BD Ludo believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. That's why the platform has put various safeguards in place to keep users safe.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to pause your gaming activity for anywhere between 1 week and 6 months.
